We always pack and ship within 1-3 business days. 

The exact delivery time depends on your chosen shipping company at check out.

You are also very welcome to pick up your order in the store

MADE FOR ME CPH is not a completely ordinary store.

RETURN CUSTOM MADE

We say this not (only) to brag, but also because some of the things we sell are specially made for you. 

 

We love to make unique and personally made design just for you!

But be aware that here are slightly different rules when you order your very own creation from us.

We sell, among other things, hand-drawn portrait posters and specially sewn bags made just for you. 

Custom made personal item can not be exchanged. You can however safely buy a custom-made product from us. When you are buying a personally made item you will be involved in the process and have the opportunity to approve your product before you receive it. If your specially made item is faulty or damaged during transport, we will of course repair the damage or give you a new one.

 

 

ALL NORMAL RETURNS

For all other items, you must send an email to hello@madeformecph.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must state the order number and delivery date. You then have a maximum of 14 days for the goods to be registered with us. As we are a small shop we do not have the opportunity to cover the cost should you wish to return an item. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if there is a delay, damage or the item is lost during transport or you can return it in store :)

Once the returned item is received and approved, your purchase will be credited. Price for return shipping will be deducted before crediting. We can not accept items sent to parcel box, post office or the like.

If your item is faulty or damaged during transport, we will of course repair the damage or give you a new one.
